my fitbit was working fine yesterday. no problems, even my morning alarm worked. when i glanced at the time the whole screen is black. it wont show the time, but its still recording my steps. I tried to restart the watch, but the outcome is the same. what happened?
Best AnswerMy screen is also black this morning. Nothing works. No hard reset or anything. 😞 contacted support and im out of my 1 year warranty by 2 months. Even though this is my 2nd one in a year and 2 months. The screen started glowing on the first one. So this one lasted me 7 months and is dead now. But they will not replace it. I am so disappointed with fitbit. 😞
It’s fully charged but the screen is black! It’s working in the app but the screen or face isn’t on! Can’t get it on!
