hello my versa 2 wrist band got broken and i tried to file a claim but my country isn’t in the coutries list i tried every step to get the help i need but it’s a dead end what should i do

Depending on how important it is to you get the warrant honored vs. how much effort you want to put into it, the easiest and quickest thing is to just buy a third-party band from Amazon.  They are a wide variety of Versa 2 bands available at very reasonable prices.

Otherwise, I'm no help on this.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
