hello I’ve done all the steps to clear my notifications I still have one notification from Snapchat that even if I press clear it stays any idea how to clear it

Hi @Sandra2405 , restart your Versa by long pressing the left button untill the Fitbit logo appears. After that this notification should be gone, regards kuzibri
