clock face error on Versa since software update

I use clock face bitmoji.  After update on versa today I get this error.

Visit the clock face settings on your phone to connect your bitmoji via snapchat.    I.have followed all troubleshooting ideas I could find.  Help!

I expect just switching to a non-bitmoji clockface, at least until problem is resolved, would fix it, but maybe that's not acceptable to you.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
