comparing sleep and other data

The versa seems to gather quite a bit of interesting data and I am trying to find a way to compare the data so I can use it to make health changes.   For example.. I'd like to compare my REM sleep stages over a week/month with each other but can't find a way to pull up this information in a graph/display together.   I'd also like  detailed graphs of my HR during the day and during exercise and be able to see what my heart rate is compared to sleep stages and other things like that.   If the fitbit apps/website can't do this, does anyone know if it is possible to use another app to do this?

Hi @kvmck,

Currently, Fitbit doesn't have the kind of functionality that would allow that. The only way I know of is to manually input the sleep stages into a spreadsheet or database, and go from there. I don't know of any 3rd party apps that interface with Fitbit that way.

You can also propose this to Fitbit here

If you go to the web Dashboard at fitbit.com, you can pull up pretty detailed statistics about heart rate..

Well, you can export the data and process it in a spreadsheet, if you have the time and skills:
