factory reset didn't work

Tried to factory reset my Fitbit Versa after issues with the clock face and now when I try to factory reset it it comes up with it didn't sync and I go to the app to try to sync it and it won't please help

Sorry, Im a bit confused by what you are saying. What happened when you factory reset it? Is it working but not syncing now?
