I cant setup my versa

Hi.. 

 

I bought a versa last week and the update for software and firmwall is not ending!! My watch counts steps and sync but it's screen is still as bought with (please download fitbit app to start) i have been trying through 3 different networks.. Different locations.. Bluetooth.. And all is not working.

Also I have done resets, deleted the app and restarted my mobile and my versa.. And it's going no where.

 

Can someone hell?

You might want to consider doing the update through a computer with the Versa plugged in.  Updates can often eat up battery, which may be causing the delay.

I tried but it did not work. It seems that I will take it to a fitbit dealer.

I bought mine over a month ago and it worked fine and then all the sudden it won't sync and now I have updated my phone, removed the device and now can not set it back up..  did anybody else already own theirs and then it stopped working?
