factory reset

my Versa is stuck in factory reset.  All I get is a message in lots of different languages "to start download the app.  Which  I have done

This happened to me too. I uninstalled my fitbit app and reinstalled it. I also deleted my versa off the app and then set it back up and it fixed it. Hope this helps

Figured it out.
I had to uninstall and then install.
Did the trick
