so my fitbit won't do anything after update customer service says its my phone not compatible never mind I've been using this phone for 3 months and no issues with fitbit till update 2days ago.this is the first time since 2012 that I have ever heard fitbit is not compatible with all phones if thats the case you should not be selling your product to uninformed consumers.when you buy this product nowhere on this product does it say this is only compatible to such and such device that my friends I do believe is fraud.so what am I supposed to do go buy another phone I don't believe I should have to I should have been informed on the fitbit product that this is not compatible to your device so now I've wasted money on a fitbit I can't use..disgusted

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:

Then that should be disclosed upon purhase..

It worked for 3 months now all of a sudden its not compatible
