i just bought Fitbit versa however i am unable to do the following:
1) Clock face: When i select the preferred clock face, i get the message that the clock cannot be installed on my devise
2) I don't think the devise is working as it always say" to start. download the fitbit APP of which i do have.

After downloading the app the tracker needs to be setup to your account, it sounds as if the tracker has been setup.
However the setup message is telling me that the tracker still needs a firmware update. My suggestion would be to do an add device and choose to replace your versa.
Occasionally I see reports of this happening, I don't know why
