I just got an iPhone and can’t reply to any messages. I was able to with my Samsung is this common?

I have always had the iPhone and I just got the Xs and now I can’t get Any notifications from anything but texts and calls. My apps aren’t in the app section either:( hope someone has the answer we are looking for!

@Ryazzi Unfortunately, quick replies are only available on Androids (running Android 7.0 or later). Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests.
