I would really like to see Fitbit Versa 2 be able to reply to messages with an iPhone app.

Hi @lralley, welcome to the community.

 

There is a feature suggestion for this already, but it's not currently planned. The issue here is with Apple not giving 3rd parties the required access to the notifications system. Until that changes there is little Fitbit or any other 3rd party can do. Perhaps you should also direct your request to Apple.
