hey team I am Richa from R.H. Alloys. I've been using Fitbit versa 3 watch from last 1 year. This is my first Fitbit Community post, and I'm aware that this subject has been discussed previously, but I've been unable to find a solution. I bought the Versa 3 in March 2021 and have observed that the heart rate reading is incorrect while I exercise. Its not first time that I observed that help me to solve this problem.

The moderator Marrefitbit posted on the 9th of September that Fitbit is aware of the problem and that they are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
So maybe soon!!!
