Hi all
i've had my Versa 2 for about 4 years, used it along side a samsung android phone. Since swapping to a Motorola phone i'm no longer receiving text/call notifications to the watch, everything else seems to be working correctly. When i went to the fitbit app on my phone, the notifications section is missing from fitbit settings. I've checked and i have the up to date fitbit app version installed so i'm very confused. Not as its a massive issue just very annoying ! Does anyone have any suggestions ?

Hi there, @missveggie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for making sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still not receiving notifications from your new phone. I understand your concern and how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd suggest making sure that your Versa 2 is no longer connected to your old mobile device as this might be preventing your Fitbit device to receive notifications from your new phone.
With that being said, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
