my versa alarm and notifcations do not always work

is anyone else having a problem?

the alarm does not always work and I have it set for 7 days a week

and text messages and phone calls are not showing on screen

I have reset, restarted the versa. I have re installed app on my iPhone 8

the Bluetooth is working as it syncs to phone

any suggestions??

Have you checked the Versa to see if it is in it's DND mode @saibotk?

Hold in the left button then when the screen changes, swipe left.

It is not in dns mode. Also iPhone is never in dns mode

Is your app set to show preview and do you receive and can read the notifications on the phones lock screen.

Of course this has nothing to do with alarms not going off.

This sounds familiar to me. It was the auto-lock when I was changing wrists for sleeping or after a shower. To this day I continue to forget to enter the code. It needs a locked icon or something.

There are also two notification settings: one in the main menu settings and another in the 'hold left button' menu.
