Not Detecting Sleep

Hello,

A few week's ago, I purchased a Fitbit Versa and it wasn't detecting my sleep accurately. It was telling me I had fallen asleep 4 hours after I had actually gone to bed. I got a full refund and left it a few weeks.

Again, I felt like I was missing out so yesterday I purchased another Fitbit Versa. This time, the special edition one. I fully charged it yesterday and wore it from around 6pm, and kept it on during bed time as well. We went to bed at 10pm as always. When I checked my sleep tracking this morning it told me I only fell asleep at 1:34am. My awake time was completely accurate, however.

Just wondering if anyone knows why this would be?

Thanks!
