my versa isn't working correctly

Hiya can anyone help me.

My versa was working perfectly up until a few days ago then the HR monitor completely stopped working. 

Restarted then did the factory restart and  that when all my issues started, HR monitor went crazy not reading pulse but changing from red to green even when i wasn't wearing the watch, it also started counting steps even if it wasn't on and on a work top. I wish i had done 6,000 steps whilst standing still. Now it doesn't seem to know how many steps i have done in the hour. 

plus the battery is now dieing in a day which it never did before. 

has any one had similar happen?
