needs an app to run

I have versa 2. I just got galaxy flip 5. I have done everything. Uninstaller and installed app. restarted phone and versa. removed phone and installed in app. removed and Installed blue tooth pairing.  app syncs with versa blue tooth sees the versa and pairs but when try to connect it says needs an app to run!

Hi @kendjr - you can't use Bluetooth to connect with the watch, the connection is done only by the Fitbit App. If it is having difficulty logout/login.

However when changing phone it is important to remove the Bluetooth entry on the old phone or turn it off and hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

thanks but I turned in the old phone. no way for me to disconnect old phone. I even went back to factory reset. I sees the phone and syncs but no blue tooth
