This will all sound somewhat ridiculous. My Fitbit Versa 3 still records steps, I see them when I access the App. My Fitbit itself no longer shows steps, calories burned, heart rate nor does it show or record stairs climbed. My screen does not show the charge on my battery. i see some diagrams but only half diagrams. I have managed to pair my Fitbit on a couple of occasions but the code sent to my Fitbit is not visible. Strangely enough the app records my steps but nothing else yet when I try to sync my Fitbit it can’t find it. It’s a mixture of complications. I’ve tried to reset but nothing happens.
Disappointed at this clusterpuck. The new app seems to have been installed on my iPhone 14 Pro, but in order to update the Versa 3 firmware, the app can't locate my home network.
