not getting text messages

Help, this keeps happening...no text messages coming through

Hi, @SunsetRunner please let us know what Fitbit you have and what phone you use in order for someone to help you.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Versa 2 and I use a Galaxy 22s Ultra
