My versa will not pair with my Bose Sounddock or my Car Uconnect. It does see the device. I have tried all of the suggested fixes including going to the pairing instructions which were completely useless. In a chat the tech told me they were aware of the problem and are working on it. Seemes to be a canned response and I am yet to hear of any fixes.

@oldgrout car might be tricky. But have you paired the dock with other devices ? This might be the reason. Usually versa works best with a regular bt speakers and buds...

@oldgrout has the dock ever worked with Versa? Perhaps try to reset it, reboot your Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right button until fitbit logo flashes), put the dock in the pairing mode, and try pairing with Versa again?

@oldgrout ughhh! I see. Well, at this point it really up to you. I mean if you want to pull out big guns and restore your tracker to factory defaults. You will have to set up everything from scratch though. Let me know if you need help.

@oldgrout when the versa worked with your dock, was it by any chance before the firmware update? i would still attempt a factory reset.
