I stopped using my fit bit during the winter i also changed my phone..i have downloaded the app on to my new phone with the same password etc.the problem i am having is that my watch is stuck in the language settings saying download the fitbit app but nothing at all takes me any further help would be appreciated

Sounds like the Versa 2 is asking you to set it up to your Fitbit account @steve-p
