Hi All

 

I have just had a firmware update of 32.32.10.15 but it seems like there is an update of Firmware Version: 32.33.1.30 just been launched??

 

how come I seem so far behind and what can I do to update to current version please

Hi, if you just setup your Versa, you'll get the .19 version. And yes, there is a new update to 0.30. You're not behind cause 0.19 was the last one before the new 0.30. How to get it? Just be patient and wait untill your Fitbit app on your MD tells you that there is a new update waiting to your Versa, this is an autmatically created message by Fitbit. Do not try to update before this!

I was able to update to the new OS 3.0 ie 32.33.1.30. 

I had no issues with the fit bit today app and everything worked just fine.

I got help from this you tube video check it out : LINK

The tips over there helped me.
