Fitbit Versa not working

My Fitbit versa just randomly stopped working. It won’t turn on , won’t charge and the green light underneath it isn’t flashing. It was on about 80% last time I checked it but when I tried to check the time it wouldn’t turn on. Please can you help me I’ve only had it for a few months!

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. 

 

If that doesn't wake it up then it's probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I tried to restart but nothing happens !

That's the only real tool we, as users, have to fix problems so it's best to contact support. If they can't fix it they can advise on your warranty options.

Yeah. Mine is having the same symptoms. I have tried to sync. No go. It had about 65% battery life, now it's 0% battery life. It won't charge and won't sync and won't upgrade. Overall it's a really bad experience.

I have bee looking for a reason to ditch the fitbit versa and I think I have found a very good reason to give it the flick.
