Hi! I have had my versa for a few months, bought a screen protector with it, and today noticed the screen cracked! I contacted fitbit so that I could get the screen repaired and obviously expected to pay for it but they told me they DO NOT repair screeens!! I do not understand how is it possible for a company to be unable to repair their own products!! am i supposed to buy a new one??? this is totally unacceptable!

Fitbit has never repaired any of their devices.
There is a HUGE thread on this if you would read in the forums.
