Hello everyone! I’m just wondering what I have the orange light on my versa screen? I already changed the clock face but the orange is still there? It appears on the lower right corner of the screen.

That sounds strange! Can you post a photo? Have you tried restarting the watch several times? Also try a fitbit clock face and see ifnitnis still there. Let us know.

I would like to know if the restart process recommended by our friend worked? Are you still seeing the orange part on your watch's display?

Hello! I tried restarting and changing the clock faces a few times and the orange light is still there. It is in the lower right corner of the screen. I took a picture of it but I can’t seem to upload it here. I’m just using phone.

Just return it. Not much they can do to help if restarting did not take care of it.
