i just received my FITBIT VERSA and was trying to change clockface but i noticed it is a slow process  and even when i try to sync it with my phone (Huawei mate 9 -android ) it is not as fast as when I had fitbit charge  . I googled and I found out it seems that there is compatibility list and my phone is not on it. So , i was asking if anyone who has the same phone and  had  same issue ????? how did you fix it ?? or you think it is the watch itself acting up ??

Im having bluetooth and sync issues. Tried to make a topic about it and it got marked as spam...

 

I am so done with fitbit.

At the beginnning i  thought bcuz i have not charge the watch yet but tried it later on and still slow 

And unfortunately can not buy another brand (i am broke already )
