step streak

I have a Versa 2.  Was on a 200 day streak and it just reset to 4 even though Ive hit the goal every day.  Also not counting flights correctly.  Time for a new one?  reset?

 My personal experience is things like that rarely are connected to age of hardware; if it fails of age, it is usually just the battery.  Some errors are on Fitbit back end, not in tracker itself.

But maybe you would like added features of a newer model.

Restart never hurts anything, give it a try but doubt it would help here.  Personally I've never gotten any streak notice, and I consider stair flights count random number - you've done well.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
