my versa 2 stopped working. It's 2 years old.

Hi @yenhaiku That is disappointing for you. Have you tried Restarting your tracker  ? Also have a look at THIS Help Article on Charging problems.

 

Fitbit warranty is 1 year in most places, 2 years in Europe and Australia, so depending on where you are and whether it is over or under the 2 year mark, it may be still under warranty. So contact Fitbit Support  if nothing  else helps.
