Hi @stereolass67

Welcome to the forum. You can learn more about notification on the Versa in the User Manual on page 29. You will also find other helpful information in the manual.

Good luck and have fun with your new Versa.

The user manual does not answer this question.  I am having the same problem as the OP.  Only can view one text message at a time, the oldest one.  I've tried marking "read' to see if then I can view the others, but it marks them all as read and I have no notifications left, which also makes me wonder what the difference between "mark as read" and "clear" is, as they seem to do the same thing.

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, does this happen only with text messages or with messages coming from other apps like Messenger or Whatsapp? Usually the Versa will display each message separately, not as a full conversation. Have you restarted your Versa lately by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen? When did this issue started?

Having this information will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine which steps should we try next. Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.

Hi @MarcoGFitbit. I'm having the same problem in that I can't see previous notifications. I just got the Versa 1 day ago and once I look at the notification, it doesn't show up when I swipe down from the clock. It just says "Nothing new here. You're all caught up!"  This occurs for all messages. iPhone messenger and Whatsapp. Please let me know how this can be fixed. Thanks!

Hello @Alewong, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to our attention. Please note that when you receive a Notification in your watch; for example, from Whatsapp, when you open that specific conversation, the notification will be removed from the Versa. The same happens with each Notification. This is the intended behavior of the Versa and it prevents getting your watch clogged with Notifications.

I hope this resolves your inquiry, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Thanks @MarcoGFitbit for the clarification! I'm not a fan of this feature, since I'm use to the Blaze not clearing messages. But at least I have an answer now 🙂
