hi all hope you can help,on the watch the  heart rate-steps and all that are not going up on my watch can someone tell me step by step what i need to do, but it works on my phone

"not going up" as in not displaying at all, or not increasing?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

it's displaying, all the number are not going up and the heart rate not on
