The Fitbit app has stopped tracking my sleep. It is a week since the last time my Fitbit tracked my sleep, but everything else works fine. Has tried to delete the app, and turn off/on my phone, but it doesn't work. Tips?

Hi,

Try this https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.

If restarting the device didn't work, you can try to factory reset your Fitbit Versa. However, please be informed that erasing your Fitbit device erases any stored data, personal information, and saved settings.

Before that, sync you Fitbit with phone app. If you wish to proceed and if you can navigate the screen of your Versa, just press the button from the clock face turn on the screen and then swipe the screen of your Versa until you see Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

If still no luck, contact support

BR,

Marko
