was looking around here because my versa 2 button has just stopped working with out warning, i saw the post about the versa and using a toothpick after looking there is not really space to pick at mine like the post said about the versa but i did try light compressed air to see, that did not work, i am after a lot of fiddling about able to get a press here and there, it does how ever not even feel like it is making contact with the switch even when pressed all the way in and feels almost as if the switch inside the watch has come lose its self, is there anything else it may be that i am missing?

I would try holding in the button for at least 10 seconds.
If that doesn't work. Swipe to settings, about, shutdown.
Holding in the button or placing it in its powered charger will restart the unit.

i tried as you said the button still didn't work and after some more fiddling with it i can confirm that its a mechanical problem and the switch is lose, only thing is i have only had it for about 6 months, is this a known or covered issue with the versa 2? because before this i had, had a blaze for about 3 years-ish that still works fine it just has been passed on to a second owner so i cant go back to it.
