I got my new versa 2 on tuesday for my birthday. all was great the first half of the day..and now atleast 3 times a day every single day I have to delete my device and resync it. its getting ridiculous! constantly resetting. the only thing its good for atm is the time and my steps/heartrate 😭 I'm so disappointed. seriously regretting this purchase. it doesnt work

Mine was doing the same thing. I got it and it worked perfectly for about a week. It stopped syncing and I tried deleting it as well. It would work for a while and then stop. I eventually removed it from my account, set it back to factory defaults, removed the fitbit app from my phone, and started all over. It's been a couple of days now and it's been ok. One time it stopped syncing and I restarted my phone as a first step and that worked. It's been ok for a couple of days now. I'll try just restarting my phone if it happens again and see if that helps.
I did call support and was eventually told that my Samsung Galaxy S10 is not yet a "fully tested" device for the Versa 2. So, if you happen to have this same phone, that might also be part of the issue. I was told it's been fully tested on the 9. So, I'm hopeful that eventually it will be fully tested for the 10. Sometimes being an early adopter can be frustrating.
