Last night my versa 2 screen decided to not work. i can sometimes move from top left.. to the left but up and down wont work.. so cant navigate anywhere.
Everything else working on the watch
gettting tired of fitbit watches not last two years. that is a lot of money for a throwable watch.
my charge broke
Versa screen went all wobbly and now versa 2 touch screen not working.
I have tried everything. shut it down.. restart.. go back to original clock face.. and did a reset.
No changes
should i just give up on fitbit or will it be better now that google bought it?

My versa 2 is my 2nd one. But when this one dies I might give up too. My wife is on 2nd one too. Not sure why they don't last long.

This actually happened to me, I also tried everything but the only thing that helped for me was to 1. restart the device (hold in the power button until the logo pops up) 2. wait until the battery is drained out ( you can check if it is by seeing if the light under it work) 3. when you have powered it down, charge it a little bit try 5- 15 minutes, then restart, if that didn't work put it in the freezer in an hour and try again, might sound sketchy but worked for me.

ITs dead now it's stuck in a reboot mode on the Fitbit logo
