My versa lite has a message saying data not cleared Sync and try again. I've tried unpairing the device, restarting my phone and then pairing the phone. I've tried to do a factory reset which the watch won't do. No matter what I try, nothing works. Help needed please.

I've tried all the suggestions on these posts. I've even called fit bit and their recommendations haven't helped either.
