I got my fitbit versa lite for christmas and it’s always worked great. however, earlier this week when I was finishing up a run, I found that I was unable to pause and stop the exercise. the rest of the screen was working (and the side button too). I inevitably had to force restart my fitbit by pressing and holding the side button. I have tried to factory restart my device multiple times and still the issue is not fixed. this may be unrelated, but the green light on the heart rate moniter is not working either (but my heart rate is still being tracked). any ideas on how to fix the problem? thanks!
