versa only displays date and time

my versa only displays date and time.   how do i fix it?

Do you mean you cant get to any other screens than the clock face? 

Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt help come back with more details - was it previously working? What happens when you push buttons or swipe?

Nothing displayed on watch. Fitbit application reflects activity
correctly. I have done multiple resets but nothing changes on watch

Have you tried changing the clock face?

@tritonrest Let's clarify. You mean that Today app (when you swipe up) shows all the stats, but the main screen aka clockface doesn't show these stats? Please change the clockface preferably to Fitbit original like @Rich_Laue has suggested. Especially if you have recently updated Fitbit firmware, your old clockface may not work properly. You will have to contact its developer.

Updated Fitbit now all I have is clock face and yes I changed it I cannot find silent alarms either also there’s a line across clock face as if it’s updating
