versa syncing issues

I just got the versa and was upgraded from the charge 2. I was sooo excited but now I’m just having so many issues. Half of the time it won’t sync or connect via Bluetooth. Yes, I have been through the run around with resetting and restarting it and all that junk. I can’t even get the weather app to work because it states unable to connect over and over when I click on the app section on my Fitbit app. Currently it has been syncing “ok”. But there’s no reason to have issues with this for how much I paid.

Of course the second I say it is syncing “ok” it doesn’t sync at all now! Ugh!

Hi @Amyyrog What phone are you using? Isnit on the Supported Devices List?

Which phone is it? Not all iOS phones are supported.
