versa will not sync and keep time

So my versa is less than a year old, has always been looked after, but it will not sync and it does not keep the correct time. Now there have been numerous complaints on here and every where else about the exact same problem im having. These items are not cheap so it is very frustrating. I have tried every single thing people have mentioned and nothing. And i repeat nothing works. So is the piece of s**t faulty. Has there been an update that has not agreed with the stupid thing. I think its about time the company did something about this obvious issue. Has anybody actually solved there issue or should i be binning the watch. it does not do what it says on the tin thats for sure.

I just dont understand why fitbit isnt more helpfull kelly. there are so
many posts about the same issue. i rely on my watch so it seems i will need
to look for an alternative. dont really want to go apple but not sure of
another option. it seems clear that it is an issue there end that they
should resolve.i have now set it back to factory and will reload the app
ect ect one more time. then if it does not work i will be looking to them
for a full refund.
