i have just received versa today, charged, synced and everything says it works, yet i still have the diamond shaped dots on the face no matter what button i press and i cannot swipe the face either?! help!
Sounds to me like you need to install it into the app as a new device and set it up?That, or it is stuck and you need to do a restart by pressing the left back button and the right lower button at the same time while holding for less than 10 seconds. Then try setting up again. Good luck!
ok, i got it to work last night..now it says my notifications are on, but, im not receiving any?? i rebooted my phone again, still nothing.. is there a paper instruction package? for how to use this?
