@Ghislaineb I meant what's the Versas firmware version (open settings app on your versa, scroll down to about, tap - firmware version should be listed on top). Please try to remove the wifi that you set up for your versa to connect to. You must have set it up within Fitbit app - open Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture, tap on Versa and scroll down to Wifi settings. After you have removed wifi, please sync your tracker, then reboot your phone and the tracker. To reboot Versa, press and hold the back button until screen goes black and the Fitbit logo appears.
ETA: Could you please verify that versa connects to your phone GPS without issues? Please open Exercise app on your Versa and start one of the GPS enabled exercises, e.g. Run or Walk. Does GPS say connected?

@Ghislaineb Does your fitbit sync properly? Did you granted access to the location for fitbit app as required (always and not only when the app is in use). What phone model and OS do you have?

Fitbid sync proper.
Acces to location is on always
Phone : Samsung A50
It worked properly just until a few days ago, then the weather information stopped

@Ghislaineb Does this happen always? Like in all places? At your home, work, friend's place, etc? Do you have wifi set up for Versa in the fitbit mobile app? Try removing it and rebooting your tracker and phone. Does your fitbit connects to your phone GPS without issues, e.g. when you start gps-enabled workout. Finally, would the problem you're facing coincide with the fitbit mobile app or any other update?
