trying to replace old fitbit with my new versa 2 to my existing account. Get error can't bond, restart app - which I have done 3 times

Hi @DanaMark I have never heard of the term bonding with fitbits! But it sounds to me like it might be pairing - finding the Versa 2 and pairing so it is ready to sync.
What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Also try restarting your V2 and try syncing again Restart your tracker
