AI coach no longer available

I completed an update for the app and now I’m no longer able to chat with the AI coach. It completely went away. 
Is this no longer available?

Hi @Finewine77   I just finished a chat, but I've had my app version for several days -- no recent update.  To start I recommend some simple troubleshooting.

  • Log out of your Fitbit app, then log back in
  • Log out, restart your phone, then log back in
  • Delete, then reinstall the Fitbit app
