Ai coach freezing

Almost every time I answered a coach question, the screen locked up forcing me to restart the app and re answer the question.  Getting through the plan set up was awful.

Update.  It never got any better so I reverted to the regular fitbit app.  I am looking forward to using this in the future.

Please report the issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app. This is how the team is tracking the issues with the Fitbit app, including Public Preview.

  • Tap your avatar in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

All the Feedback reports are received by the team for review. Although it's likely that you won't get a response, the team confirmed that they read every single report and categorize them into issue buckets for further investigation.
