Hi!
I'm trying to use the new Personal Health Coach in the Fitbit app Public Preview, but this feature doesn't show up for me at all. I've already checked the eligibility requirements listed in the official help article :
• I have an active Premium subscription
• I'm using the latest Fitbit app (v4.55+) on Android 11+
• My language is set to English, and I'm located in the US
• I'm signed in with my Google account
• My device is the Fitbit Charge 6, which is listed as compatible
Despite meeting all the requirements, I still don't see the coach feature in my app. How can I resolve this, or is there anything else I should check?
Would appreciate any help or insights. Thanks!

No, I am not using VPN.
Tried both, but not helping.
Today in support they said that there is a limited set of users with preview available and not everyone eligible could access preview.
So I guess the only thing I could do is wait...

Hey there,
Google has not rolled out the feature to everyone yet and it is still considered to be in testing phases.
If I were you I’d try to reinstall the Fitbit app, if that doesn’t work then wait a bit until the feature reaches your account.

As of this past week, based on the 11/4/25 pinned post in this forum, it should be available to all eligible users now.
That said, I do have it, and can't switch back, even though we should be able to. So it's clearly not perfect. I would go read this post, and see if that helps you any. Did you opt in yet? That might be why you can't see it.

Did you mean opt in is to click here: https://store.google.com/magazine/personal_health_coach?hl=en-US ?
Yes. I did it about mounth ago, but now there is no button.
I am following this eligibility criteria, but still could not see the switch button.

Look in your Fitbit app, apparently under your Google profile menu, there may be an option that says Public Preview. If so, click on that.

@AntonIX are you using a VPN? That may interfere with detection of your location.
Have you tried clearing the cache or uninstalling/reinstalling the Fitbit app?
