I've been trying for 6 hours to have today's plan changed. It gives a generic "error has been encountered" and nothing happens.
Before the error it shows it's processing and even shows the editing plan phrasings, but nothing happens.
We need a way for us humans to alter the current days plan when AI fails.

I believe there's an issue on the Fitbit side for the Daily plan that the team is aware of and is working on fixing the problem. However, we haven't seen a timeline for the fix yet.
Please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:
Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, we've gotten confirmation that the team reviews every feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation.

Now nothing about the plan is working.
Nothings being generated or altered. But it did give me a ”printout" when asked, that showed a plan greatly altered from what was discussed.
Already submitted feedback, and spent over an hour getting the plan settings reverted as it told me it altered them (despite agreeing not to do so without permission)
had to start every message with 'do not access the plan right now' and two line breaks before continuing the message or it would give an error.
