They need a "submit ticket" for issues like this

@LawnPaul which app version do you have? I encountered a similar problem a few weeks ago, but it hasn't happened again since then.

@LawnPaul there's a fix for this coming in an update to the app. I don't have a timeframe for that or any other information.
