Hi @Walnuts25 No. This is a work in progress. You will be pleased to know that it got added with app v 4.66, rolling out now if you don't have it. Tap on your Health icon in the lower right, then scroll down the All data section.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
I was also looking for this feature, but it is not showing up on my health tab. I am assuming it is because I am male, however, I have been using this feature to log sexual activity, because this is an important for my wellbeing. Will this feature become available to male users as well? Or are you planning to add some other new feature where it is possible to keep track of sexual activity?
Hello @kennetskaaning
Are you on app version 4.66? If not, you may see Cycle health when you install the latest app update.
Out of curiosity, do you see Menstrual tracking when you switch to the regular version of the Fitbit app? If so, you can do your tracking there for the time being.
Just an FYI - In the Android version of the app, Cycle health is on the Health tab under Focus areas

Yes, I checked the app version yesterday and I am on version 4.66. Here is what my Health Tab looks like:
For the time being I will use the old/regular version of the app.
Hello @kennetskaaning
Since you're on the latest iOS app version and don't see the Cycle Health tile, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:
Include your Fitbit app version and phone info in your feedback report.
Although it's likely that you won't receive a response, we've gotten confirmation that the team reviews every feedback report and uses the information for issue investigation.
