Nutrition, Cycle Tracking, and the Health Tab - Overall Thoughts

I use Carb Manager and a Wyze scale that both feed data into Fitbit quite reliably. It has been working well enough since now we can now use nutrition in the preview, but I wouldn't want to manually enter food; it looks like a pain, and other than just calories, fat, protein, and carbs, the app doesn't give a view of the food actually entered (not huge, because I have that on Carb Manager), but water consumption doesn't cary over from my Carb Manager logs to Fitbit's 'Hydration' reading, nor the vitamin/mineral profile for the day, which would be good metrics to have coach be able to consider as it relates to all other recorded health metrics/data. Also, transparency in how it calculates what I should be eating to lose (calorie-wise) isn't clear! I know factually if I eat 1200 calories a day, I gain - I've been logging my food for over five years, so I know. Having more data than any food tracker could ever hope for means this feature should be really robust. I want it to not just calculate, but show me the how and the why behind it.

The health tab in general - where the most important tiles for metrics reside, are just hapazardly crammed together and tucked out of the way, when in reality, they should be at the forefront of the app; as it stands now, it feels like they're all taking a backseat to 'Coach,' and the fluffy summary for the day; not a fan! It took me at least 20 min this morning just to find the 'cycle' tracking. I'll be using it soon for the first time since it's been available on preview, but I won't get my hopes up. I will add that the ability to log symptoms leading up to the cycle could be a nice-to-have (without starting the cycle, because symptoms show up before then, such as sore breasts, fatigue, et al.). This data could even be harnessed for better accuracy with tracking cycles overall.

We should be able to customize the app to have the metrics mean the most to us, tracked on the main page. Maybe this is achievable as it is, I am not sure, because I find the whole app preview at this point to be unnecessarily confusing. What I really want to see is almost buried somewhere that isn't obvious to me.
